Right Angle Transfer
Right Angle Transfer modules provide a 90° transfer of packages and totes and can be easily integrated into MPR modules. Multiple wedge shaped belts spaced between the rollers enable the lift and transfer of products. Each module has its own control card with all the wiring connections and sensors.
Wheel Diverter
Wheel Diverter modules are medium rate diverters that can be integrated with MPR or belt conveyor modules in a Medium Rate Sorter application. Bi-directional modules have one 30° spur mounted in either the right hand or left hand divert-position. Tri-directional modules have two 30° spurs mounted with one on each side.
TurnTable Diverter
Chain Turntable modules are used to rotate and transfer heavy pallet 90° without changing the orientation of the pallet. During standard operation, the turntable is held in-line with normal product flow. To enable the 90° transfer, the turntable is rotated to line up with the transfer conveyor and the pallet is moved to that conveyor. The turntable is then rotated back in-line with normal product flow.
Pusher Diverter
Pusher diverter modules divert product 90° onto a discharge location from the main sorting line. These pusher diverters are either electrically or pneumatically driven, and each module has a photo cell to verify that the product is in the appropriate diverting window. Pusher diverters can be easily incorporated into both MPR and belt conveyor systems.
