Reliable Sorting Unit Tilted Tray Sorter
The Reliable Sorting Unit (RSU) provides a rapid and reliable sorting solution that is a durable, inexpensive and accurate method of sorting a wide range of products. The flexible nature of the RSU enables unique system configurations that match specific application needs, and the simple design allows for minimal annual maintenance costs. The RSU consists of tilted carrying trays traveling on an enclosed track conveyor. Items are inducted onto the RSU tilted trays either manually or automatically and are transported to specific destinations.
Universal Sorter
The Universal Sorter features the flexibility to handle irregular shaped and large products typically considered non-conveyable. The ability to sort a wide range of shapes, sizes and weights on a single sorter provides an invaluable solution to many of our customers. NACI’s use of standard components, in-house manufacturing capabilities and simplicity of design allows the Universal Sorter to be an extremely cost-effective sortation solution that satisfies a wide variety of customer needs.
Medium Rate Sorter
The Medium Rate Sorter provides an efficient sorting solution to clients that have package, tray and tote sortation needs and desire a low upfront capital investment. NACI offers several options and configurations for the Medium Rate Sorter to meet various applications. The Medium Rate Sorter can incorporate wheel diverters, right angle transfers and pusher diverters to sort depending on the product being sorted and process requirements. Each sorter delivers value added features of reliability, affordability, and durability.
