In addition to providing material handling equipment for new systems and expansions to existing systems, NACI also works with our customers to identify opportunities to refurbish existing equipment that may be out of service or not performing optimally. We are unlike many material handling company who typically only look to refurbish old equipment just enough to keep it operational. Our team works closely with our customers to identify opportunities to upgrade the equipment and systems in addition to just refurbishing it. In many cases, we upgrade the equipment to a point where it outperforms the original equipment.
Each equipment refurbish and upgrade opportunity is unique, and our team of knowledgeable engineers and technicians work closely with customers to determine the most efficient and cost effective solutions. NACI provides this service because we maintain an active in-house 35,000 sq. ft. manufacturing operation that provides us the flexibility to perform this type of work in a cost effective and timely manner. We have the ability to store refurbished equipment for short periods of time, if needed. We typically coordinate the equipment shipping to and from our customer’s facility when the refurbish and upgrade services are performed at our manufacturing facility. Additionally, we have the ability to perform certain upgrades at the customer’s facility depending on the nature to the work required.
