Chain Conveyor
Chain Conveyor modules are designed for transporting pallet loads up to 3000 lbs. The modules come with a 2-strand or 3-strand feature depending on the load being handled and the application.
Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor
Chain Driven Live Roller (CDLR) conveyor is ideal for transporting pallet loads up to 3000 lbs., various heavy containers and empty pallets. CDLR modules come with 2.5” diameter rollers, dual sprockets and associated drive chains on the drive end providing a positive driving force. The drive mechanism can either be MPR or an under-mounted motor.
CDLR Right Angle Transfer
Chain Transfer modules are designed to transfer heavy pallets at 90° angles. To allow for a right angle transfer, the roller bed containing the pallet to be transferred is lowered via a gear motor operated cam drive unit until the pallet is fully supported by the stationary chain transfer mechanism. The chain transfer mechanism will then transfer the pallet perpendicular to the adjacent conveyor.
CDLR Turntable Diverter
Chain Turntable modules are used to rotate and transfer heavy pallets up to 90°, clockwise or counterclockwise, without changing the orientation of the pallet. To enable the 90° transfer, the pallets are stopped in the center of the turntable, the turntable rotates to line up with the transfer conveyor and the pallet is transferred. The turntable rotates back when the product is removed.
