Tony Powe, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Powe manages NACI’s strategic direction and day to day operations. Prior to joining NACI as its Chief Financial Officer, he co-founded TPW Investments, a private investment firm focused on acquiring and operating middle-market companies. He also worked with Opportunity Capital Partners, a $140 million private equity firm, where he evaluated investments in a number of private companies that collectively obtained over $400 million in financing.

Before working with Opportunity Capital Partners, Mr. Powe worked with Merrill Lynch in its Structured Financial Products Group and with Exxon as a Territory Manager serving the general manufacturing, chemical and power generation industries. Mr. Powe holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Jim Leonard, Senior Vice President

Mr. Leonard has been with NACI for over 20 years and has over 40 years of experience in the material handling contracting industry. Mr. Leonard is actively involved in NACI’s new product development, engineering design review and USPS contract administration activities. Prior to joining NACI, he held several President and Vice President positions and was the Responsible Management Officer (RMO) and the Responsible Management Employee (RME) for large construction firms and fabrication facilities.

Mr. Leonard leverages his diverse background, which includes executive management, engineering, sales, fabrication and construction management, to support the business activities at NACI.

James Ha, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ha manages the financial and investor reporting activities for NACI. Prior to joining NACI, he was the Vice President of Finance for Coaster Company, a $340 million furniture company with 9 major distribution centers in the U.S. and China. Mr. Ha has also held a number of Controller positions with companies like Emser International, Dyncorp, and Standard Microsystems. Additionally, he was the Manager of Corporate Accounting, Strategic Planning and Director of Business Planning & Analysis.

Mr. Ha holds an MBA from University of North Texas and a B.B.A. in Accounting from University of Hawaii.

Eric Ross, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Ross manages the internal production operations of NACI and is actively involved in the company’s Postal Service activities. Prior to joining NACI, Mr. Ross spent over 20 years with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Mr. Ross most recently was the Manager of Customer Service for USPS facilities in Richmond, CA; San Leandro, CA; Vallejo, CA and Oakland, CA. In this position, Mr. Ross was involved in many aspects of these larger post office facilities (200 plus employees), including mail processing, delivery operations and retail services.

Mr. Ross was also involved in a number of special projects for the Postal Service, including project manager of the Delivery Operations Information Systems (DOIS), Educator at the William F. Bolger Center and Customer Service Analyst of the Delivery Unit Computer (DUC).

David Cohen, Director of Business Development

Mr. Cohen manages and executes NACI’s sales and business development activities. Prior to joining NACI as its Director of Business Development, Mr. Cohen spent 25 years with Accu-Sort Systems, Inc., a Danaher Company. Mr. Cohen was most recently a Strategic Account Manager where he expanded Accu-Sort’s business in the Postal and Parcel marketplace. He also held the positions of Parcel/Postal National Account Manager. In that role, Mr. Cohen increased sales and profits in Accu-Sort Systems’ Parcel and Postal business and developed business strategies to penetrate National accounts.

Mr. Cohen utilizes his industrial automation background and sales and account management experience to deliver exceptional value and support to NACI customers. Mr. Cohen holds a B.S. in Commerce & Engineering from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.

William Leach, Controller

Mr. Leach has been with NACI for over a year. He is primarily responsible for NACI’s ongoing accounting functions; including job costing, financial management and reporting, human resources, payroll, inventory control and cash flow management. Mr. Leach has held various financial management positions within manufacturing companies. Prior to joining NACI, Mr. Leach was an Accounting Manager with Phillips USA.

Mr. Leach holds an M.B.A. in Global Management from University of Phoenix; and a B.S. degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from University of Alabama.

Kelvin Lo, Engineering Manager

Mr. Lo manages the day-to-day engineering and project management activities for NACI. Prior to joining NACI, Mr. Lo developed his extensive engineering and project management background by working with Wet Design, ASC Process Systems and PerkinElmer. Most recently, he was in technical manager and team leader role for the architectural and facility engineering department of Wet Design. In this role, Mr Lo was responsible for planning, directing and monitoring all aspects of projects, typically in excess of $5 million and involving 20+ team members.

Mr. Lo holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from California State Polytechnic University of California.
