North American Conveyor utilizes its 35,000 square foot production facility to fabricate and assemble the majority of the components for our material handling systems. Additionally, we have the ability to fabricate structural steel and supports, specialty parts, steel chutes, test systems and various project specific items for our customers. Our state-of-the-art production facility is equipped with some of the industry’s most advanced fabrication machines and tooling. This includes a high tech laser cutting machine, a computer numeric control (CNC) press brake and an advanced welding department.

NACI’s fabrication operation is large enough to accommodate higher volume material handling projects, but entrepreneurial enough to provide maximum attention to our clients needs. There are a number of benefits provided to our customers because we operate our manufacturing facility in this manner. One is that we have the ability to quickly modify parts and accommodate change orders with minimal disruptions and delays to the manufacturing process. We also have the flexibility to adjust production schedules to facilitate on time delivery of our material handling components. Furthermore, we maintain total authority over the quality control process. These all contribute to our ability to produce the highest quality material handling equipment and provide our customers with superior service.

NACI’s production team is comprised of experienced equipment operators who are focused on providing the highest quality products and services for our customers. Each fabricated part and assembly is inspected and tested for quality prior to shipping. Our assembly technicians are also available to assist our customer’s at their facility if there is an issue with equipment that has been installed.
