Customer Support Services

North American Conveyor is constantly focused on providing exceptional customer support during all phases of a project and throughout the life of the equipment we provide. We realize that our strength lies in having a thorough understanding of our customer’s needs, and our knowledgeable team is there to guarantee that our customer’s equipment always performs to specification. We support this effort by providing technical support, preventive maintenance plans, training programs and our extensive equipment warranty.

Technical Support

At NACI, we understand that equipment downtime is money. That’s why we’re focused on helping our customers implement their new systems and maintain their existing systems. We offer technical support 24/7. Technical support calls are responded to quickly and are directed to technicians within our customer support group who specializing in that type of equipment. NACI will provide the necessary technical resources that will work closely with your onsite personnel to address any operation or technical issue. Our field personnel and installers have an outstanding track record of identifying and solving problems at customer facilities. We also work with our customers to develop preventive maintenance programs to minimize unforeseen technical issues that may arise and be disruptive to the operation.

Training

NACI offers classroom and/or hands-on training on all of our equipment to educate our customers on how to get the best performance out of our systems. General operation, maintenance and safety guidelines are typically addressed in these training sessions. When necessary, we can provide specific instructor training to provide customer personnel with the tools to train any new operators on how to best use and maintain our equipment. Periodic refresher training courses can be provided on site by NACI personnel or by the customer’s designated instructor, once they’ve been trained by NACI.

Warranty

At NACI, we warrant our equipment and services to be free from defects and ready for operation. Our one (1) year equipment use warranty period applies to all parts and hardware. We pledge that the equipment and systems we furnish will perform as specified during normal use. It will be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment and will be installed in a workmanlike manner to perform the operation for which it was intended.

Spare Parts

NACI provided equipment spare parts with each system we provide, whether it is provided by North American Conveyor directly or through a Systems Integrator. All NACI equipment will have a unique NACI Part Number that is used to reference the bill-of-material for the particular piece of equipment. This insures that our customers can identify the correct spare parts to be ordered. Any spare parts that are used within one (1) year of the equipment being purchased will be replaced under our warranty program.
