Motorized Powered Roller Conveyor
Motorized Powered Roller (MPR) modules utilize 24 Volt DC motorized rollers and provide zero pressure accumulation conveyance. MPR modules are available in widths of 15” to 30” between frame (BF) with deep side channels utilized for routing cables and wires within the bed frame. Multiple lengths of MPR modules are available in sizes up to 10’. The individually powered zones are normally 30” long.
Tight Radius Curve
Tight Radius Curve (TRC) modules reduce space requirements in a conveyor system. TRC modules are part of our MPR product line and are offered in 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° and 180° options in either right hand or left hand configurations. The 180° curve is shown.
Motorized Powered Spiral Conveyor
Powered Spiral Conveyor enables product to be transported from one level to the next while providing zero pressure accumulation within the spiral. Powered Spiral Conveyors are modular in design and efficiently utilize valuable floor space. Powered Spiral Conveyors utilize 24V MPR technology and are available in various configurations depending on customer requirements.
Belt Conveyor
Belt Conveyor modules provide the ability to transport a wide variety of products to multiple destinations at various speeds. Belt Conveyor is offered in slider bed or belt-on-roller configurations. This conveyor enables transportation of product in horizontal & incline/decline applications. A power feeder/tail and nose over conveyor are options offered to provide optimum transition of products during elevation change operations.

Belt Driven Live Roller Conveyor
Belt Driven Live Roller (BDLR) conveyor is an economical alternative for pick and put applications that require operator side loading that can be easily integrated into a transportation conveyor system. BDLR conveyors provide a positive drive to the conveying roller surface to ensure transportation of products.
Meter Belt Conveyor
Meter Belt modules provide controlled product release typically utilized prior to a sortation or induction system. These modules create the required product gap through speed differentials between the individual belt conveyors. This module is easily integrated within motion weighing scale applications.
Gravity Conveyor
Gravity Conveyors are offered in a variety of sizes and features to provide versatility and durability for many applications. Gravity Conveyors can be provided in multiple configurations including wheel gravity, roller gravity, double roller, extendible conveyors and skewed rollers to fit various customer needs. The double roller configuration is shown.
